Achieve Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, founded in 2006, is owned and operated by local therapy professionals. The team is composed of experienced clinicians to help patients optimize their physical, occupational and speech therapy outcomes. They provide outpatient services at their Holmen Clinic, 106 South Holmen Drive, and now at the new Blair Clinic, 620 Grandview Avenue.
